About Überschall:
Überschall is a one-person business unit specialized in customized realization of audio-related projects. Being a self-employed audio engineer I decided long ago that specialization involves an adequate approach to each situation. Therefore I tend to co-operate with renowned rental companies rather than randomly accumulating equipment which then cannot be put to use. The equipment I own are small PA systems (e.g. Kling & Freitag CA1215), wireless microphones, and some high-end components which are difficult to find on the rental market, such as a midas XL42 mic preamp, BSS Soundweb, high quality compressors and microphones (Shure, AKG, Schöps, Neumann, Rode and Audix).
I am in regular contact with rental companies based in and around Vienna and I have a detailed overview of equipment that these companies hold available. This way I am in the position to choose from a wide range and adapt a system to the acoustic requirements of a specific venue at comparably low cost.
The Überschall recording studio in the 6th district of Vienna is well fit for voice recording, single instruments recording, and post production editing (e.g. jingles for events)..
